Rigid packaging supplier TricorBraun, St. Louis, MO, has acquired Buffalo, NY-based Fenton, Weber & Jones Packaging, its second acquisition in less than a year. TricorBraun had previously purchased Cal-West Tool & Mold last August.

Fenton, Weber & Jones’ design and engineering facility becomes TricorBraun’s third design and engineering center, along with its existing centers in Chicago and Los Angeles. Fenton, Weber & Jones’ customer service operation adds to TricorBraun’s network of 28 branch locations.
